1. Product Description

Specification:

  • Concentration: 40± 1%
  • Specific weight 25oC : ≥ 1.42 g/ ml
  • pH : ≤ 2

2. Use

Iron (III) chloride in water reacts with Hydroxide ions to form an iron hydroxide Floc (III), a coagulant in water forming fast-settling metal hydroxide in gravity

Note Use

the reaction produces an acidic environment, the proportion of precipitation is greater than Al (OH) 3, therefore, it is capable of settling into smaller particles, the dose is only 1/2 - 1/3 of aluminum. However, iron alum corrode the pipe. Fe3+ + 3H2O = Fe(OH)3  +  3H+

Preservation:

  • Preservation and use of equipment such as stainless steel, plastic, composite
  • Store in a cool, dry place.
  • After opening, use immediately

Dose used by = 1/3- 1/2 Dose used Aluminum ( according to TCVN 33:2006/ BXD)
