WHAT IS A NEED OF WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM ?

1. What is the output quality requirement of the treated water?

Depends on the following factors:

  • Type of waste water: domestic or production waste water
  • Type of production: Some of production lines are prescribed separate discharge regulations (For example: paper, aquatic products, animal husbandry ...), other production industries are referred to as industrial wastewater.
  • Location of waste discharge: Depending on the location of treated waste water receiving sources, to determine the effluent standards applicable to their units.

2. What is the objective of building a waste water treatment system?

Discharge according to regulations.

Most units need to build the current system for the purpose of treating the effluent standards. For factories and production units in IPs after reaching standard B, they need to pay an additional cost for the collection of that wastewater to the central processing station of the IP. Here wastewater is treated according to column A.

A few units invested in processing systems meet the output standard of column A, when they do not need to pay additional costs for the handling of the back.

Reuse waste water after treatment

Currently, when wastewater treatment technology is growing, along with the scarcity of clean water. Some units have invested in reusing waste water. The reuse of wastewater is considered an effective cost-effective solution for the production process.

In order to decide whether or not to invest in reuse water, it is necessary to consult with specialized wastewater treatment units. From input parameters of waste water, initial investment costs, operating costs, clean water supply, bonded factors ... to make a good judgment to help investors have appropriate choices for the unit.

3. How about the quality of construction system?

In addition to selecting technology solutions, the investors also evaluated the construction quality and the quality of the equipment. To evaluate a good solution, consider the following factors:

  • Parameters of devices used for the system. Suitability of devices.
  • Construction area, land use plan.
  • Flexibility of the system when there is a problem
  • Warranty period, maintenance
  • Construction methods, construction time and schedule

4. What are the requirements at the stage of operation of the wastewater treatment system?

To answer the design problem, the solution consultant needs to understand the needs at the stage of use of the investor as well as the actual conditions. So, what needs to use when operating need to pay attention to?

Control system:

  • The control system is most directly related to operation and control processes. There are many settings for the control system. Depending on the need to use to bring the optimal solution. Some types of control power can refer to: manual mode control system (MAN), semi-automatic control system (MAN-AUTO), GSM control system, LAN control system, PLC.

Chemical supply system and chemical safety plan.

  • Factors to consider when evaluating a chemical system:
  • Supplies and equipment suitable for chemical properties.
  • Plan of using chemicals: self-made from powder or directly used in water form.
  • Chemical storage plan
  • Safety plan for chemical storage and operators
  • Alternative, sanitary, repair plan for chemical equipment, materials or areas.

Operating area

Depending on the requirement to use the operating area, it can be combined with the equipment house. The following factors should be considered:

  • Noise level of equipment: necessary to use noise protection box
  • Separate the equipment area from the operator's working position.
  • Operator equipment.

Convenience when operating and operating investment costs.
